Local Outreach Ministry Local Outreach is important to TBCC. We want to reach our friends and neighbors with the good news of God’s love. The Local Outreach Ministries are listed below: Cary Food Pantry & Community Helping Hands—TBCC partners with these local ministries to provide food, clothing, and emergency shelter to needy area families. Joyfest in the Park—Each year, Trinity hosts a gospel music and arts festival to bring area choirs and creative dance groups together. This event features TBCC’s outstanding music department, both musicians and choirs, as well as our Praise Dancers. TBCC Golf Classic—This annual event provides an avenue of outreach to golfers from several states who join together in fellowship and friendly competition. All proceeds from this event benefit Trinity’s World Outreach Ministries. In 2000, Feed the Children received a donation from the Golf Classic to transport 20,000 pounds of food to needy families. Fellowship Ministries—This ministry features our annual “Family & Friends Service/Fellowship Picnic”. Each year, Trinity invites an area church to a picnic for food, fun, and fellowship. Education Ministries—Education is a high priority at Trinity. Bible classes for all ages are offered, seminars and workshops are also held for topical study. Senior Community Outreach—This ministry addresses the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of seniors through worship services, Bible study, counseling, special programs, and material supplies. This outreach includes nursing homes, senior communities, hospitals, etc. TBCC
